CLASS POLICIES

1. Class Packages.

All class packages have an expiration date. All regular priced class packages can be extended one time for 30 days from the original expiration date for a fee of $10. Extensions do not apply to unlimited monthly packages, vouchers or other discounts or specials. Class packages cannot be changed or transferred after purchase, so please make sure you are buying the package that you want.

2. Late Cancellations.

All classes require 24 hour prior online cancellation. Failure to cancel a scheduled class 24 hours in advance will result in that class being considered a completed class.

3. Refunds.

Refunds are given on class packages and unused classes within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be given if class package has expired. Refunds are not given on used classes.

4. Substitute Classes.

Salsa class packages can also be substituted for Zumba, however Zumba classes may NOT be substituted for Salsa classes. Substitutions do not apply to unlimited monthly packages.

5. Online Scheduling.

Students must schedule their classes online. If the class is full and you have not reserved your spot online, you will not be permitted to attend class. First scheduled, first served.

6. Be On Time.

You will not be given special attention or instruction if you arrive late. You will need to catch up on the moves on your own. Respect the instructor and others by being on time.

7. Hygiene.

Please respect your class mates by taking care of yourself. No one wants to dance with someone that stinks!
